摘要
目的:探讨不同浓度的秋水仙素在相同的时间对小鼠睾丸染色体形成的影响。方法:选择25—30g小鼠,秋水仙素处理,镜下观察睾丸染色体。结果:当秋水仙素浓度为6mg/kg时,其染色体的中期相最多,分散最好。结论:秋水仙素浓度过高或过低都会导致睾丸染色体的制备。
Objective:To study the effect of different concentration on the formation mouse testis chromosome at the same time. Methods: Select 25 to 30 g mouse, colchicine treatment, the microscopic observation testicular chromosome. Results:When colchicine concentration is 6mg/kg, the chromosome interim phase most, dispersion best. Conclusion: Colchicine concentration is too high or too low will lead to testicular chromosome preparation.
