摘要
为防治花生连作病害,应用微生态平衡原理,研制了由具有良好亲和性的BSD-2、T42、Bm-7和Br-5菌株组成的复合生物制剂,并进行田间应用效果试验。结果表明,施入巨大芽孢杆菌Bm-7和根瘤菌Br-5混合制剂(T1)、木霉T42制剂(T2)、枯草芽孢杆菌BSD-2制剂(T3)和由上述4种菌株组成的复合生物制剂(T4)对花生连作病害均有较好的防治作用,均能显著促进连作花生的营养生长和生殖生长。其中复合生物制剂(T4)应用效果最好,不同菌株间表现出相互增效作用,荚果产量增加15.6%~19.1%,提高了田间应用效果的稳定性。
The complex bio-agent for prevention and treatment of peanut replant diseases was de- veloped according to the theory of micro-ecological balance,which was composed of Bacillus sub- tills BSD-2, Trchodema sp. T42,Bacillus rnucilaginosus Bm-7 and Bradyrhizobiurn sp. Arachis Br-5. Four bio-agents,including Bin-7 and Br-5 mixed bio-agent (T1) ,T42 bio-agent (T2) ,BSD-2 bio-agent (T3) and complex bio-agent (T4),played an effective role in the control of peanut re- planting problem in field and significantly promoted the peanut growth. Among them the complex Bio-agent was best,which showed a synergistic effect on strains and increased the yield by 15.6% to 19.1 %. And it also increased the stability of utilization in field compared with any single one.
