摘要
从棉株中分离筛选到一株对棉花黄萎病菌具有较强拮抗作用的内生细菌BSD-2.通过形态特征、生理生化特性以及16S rDNA碱基序列测定和同源性分析,鉴定其为枯草芽孢杆菌.平板对峙试验表明,BSD-2对多种植物病原真菌有抑制作用.BSD-2培养液以50%硫酸铵沉淀所得的拮抗物粗提液,具有良好的热稳定性和酸碱稳定性,对胰蛋白酶、蛋白酶K和胃蛋白酶均不敏感,对氯仿敏感,能够有效抑制黄萎病菌孢子萌发.
BSD-2, isolated from inner of cotton, had strong antagonistic activity to Verticilliurn dahliae Kleb. It was identified as Bacillus subtilis based on the results of morphologic characteristics, physiological and biochemical properties and phylogenetic analysis of 16S rDNA sequence. BSD-2 showed activities'to inhibit some pathogenic fungi in vitro. Antagonistic crude extract,obtained by 50 % ammonium sulfate precipitation, had high heat and pH stability, and it was sensitive to chloroform but insensible to trypsin, proteinase K and pepsin. The extract could also effectively inhibit spore germination.
