摘要
公立医院实施岗位绩效工资有效提升了医务人员的工作热情,但在一定程度上压制了医务人员的工作积极性,文章列举了岗位绩效工资实施过程中发现的困难和瓶颈,并提出了相应的应对举措。
Public hospitals′ job performance-based pay effectively enhanced the enthusiasm of the medical staff,but sometimes it suppressed their activities.Some difficulties and bottlenecks in the process of implementation of job performance-based pay were listed,and response initiatives were given.
