摘要
室温下对铝1100及铝合金5754板材进行低速拉伸试验,在此基础上,比较了横梁位移控制和引伸计应变速率控制两种产品性能的测试方法。结果显示,它们具有不同的应变率敏感性;两种拉伸方法并没有对性能产生较大影响;在实际生产检测中可适当提高拉伸速率,并根据检测设备灵活选择控制方式,提高检测效率。
Low-speed tensile test for aluminum 1100 and aluminum alloy 5754 plate at room temperature was carried out. On this basis, the two control models of beam displacement control and extensometer strain rate control were compared. The results show that they have different strain rate sensitivity, The two kinds of tensile methods do not have a greater impact on the performance. In the actual production, the tensile test rate can be appropriately increased according to the experimental device, and then the control mode can be flexibility choosed, which can improve the detection efficiency.
