摘要
分析了影响铝合金室温拉伸性能检测结果的外界因素,包括试样制取、试样形状、试验速率、试验设备及测量工具、试验员操作等,制定了影响检测结果的外界因素针对性方案并采取相应措施,在一定程度上减少了数据的偏差,提高了试验结果的可靠性。
The external factors affecting the tensile properties meacuremant of aluminum alloy at room temperature were analyzed,including sample preparation,sample shape,test speed,test equipment and measuring tools,tester operation,etc.The targeted scheme for the external factors affecting the tensile properties was formulated and corresponding measures were taken to reduce the deviation of data to a certain extent and enhance the reliability of test results.
