摘要
为了解电缆用铜带力学性能测试中各影响因素的综合影响及单一因素的显著水平,选用电缆用铜带作为研究材料,通过正交试验,研究了拉伸试验中横梁位移速率、平行长度、过渡弧半径、温度对电缆用铜带的力学性能(抗拉强度Rm、伸长率A11.3、断裂处与标记线的最小距离Lmin)测试结果的影响。正交试验结果表明:横梁位移速率对电缆用铜带抗拉强度测试结果影响最为显著,过渡弧半径对电缆用铜带伸长率和断裂处与标记线的最小距离测试结果影响最为显著;电缆用铜带力学性能最优测试条件组合是横梁位移速率10 mm/min、平行长度41.5mm、过渡弧半径40mm、测试温度30℃。
In order to understand the comprehensive influence of each factor and the remarkable level of single factor in the mechanical properties test of copper strip for cable,copper strip for cable is selected as the research material and the effects of transverse beam displacement rate,parallel length,transition arc radius and temperature in tension test on test results of mechanical properties of copper strip for cable(tensile strength Rm,elongation A11.3,minimum distance between the breaking point and the marking line Lmin)are studied through orthogonal test.The orthogonal test results show that the transverse beam displacement rate has the most significant effect on the test results of the tensile strength of copper strip for cable,and the transition arc radius has the most significant effect on the test results of the elongation and the minimum distance between the breaking point and the marking line of copper strip for cable.The optimum combination of test conditions for mechanical properties of copper strip for cable is the transverse beam displacement rate of 10 mm/min,parallel length of 41.5 mm,transition arc radius of 40 mm,test temperature of 30℃.
