摘要
目的探讨血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)与水通道蛋白4(Aquaporins 4,AQP4)在不同级别人脑胶质瘤水肿组织中的表达,及其对肿瘤水肿的影响。方法采用免疫组化SP二步法检测48例不同级别人脑胶质瘤水肿组织中VCAM-1与AQP4的表达,其中低级别胶质瘤(WHOⅠ-Ⅱ级)23例,高级别胶质瘤(WHOⅢ-Ⅳ级)25例。分析VCAM-1、AQP4的表达与肿瘤水肿程度的关系。结果 VCAM-1与AQP4在低级别和高级别胶质瘤水肿组织中的阳性率分别为26.09%、30.43%和72.00%、76.00%,二者比较差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。VCAM-1和AQP4的表达量与肿瘤水肿程度呈正相关(r=0.721、P<0.001和r=0.741、P<0.001)。结论在人脑胶质瘤水肿组织中,VCAM-1与AQP4表达增强,并与肿瘤水肿程度呈正相关,可以作为临床治疗中相关指标,指导临床治疗。
Objective To study the expression of VCAM-1 and aquaporin 4 (AQP4) in the edema tissues of different grade human gliomas, and the influence of VCAM-1 and AQP4 on tumoral edema. Methods Two-step immunohistochemical staining was used to detect VCAM-1 and AQP4 expression in the edema tissues of 48 patients with different grade gliomas, including 23 low-grade (WHO I -II class) and 25 high-grade (WHO HI-IVclass) gliomas. The relationship between the VCAM-1 and AQP4 expressions and the degree of Unnoral edema was analyzed. Results The immunohistochemical staining showed that expression rates of VCAM-1 and AQP4 were 26.09%, 30.43% and 72.00%, 76.00% in the edema tissues of the lower grade and higher grade gliomas. There was a significant difference in expression of VCAM-1 and AQP4 between low and high grade gliomas (P 〈 0.01). The VCAM-1 and AQP4 expressions were positively correlated with the degree of the edema (r = 0.721, P 〈 0.001 and r = 0.741, P〈 0.001 respectively). Conclusion VCAM-1 and AQP4 expressions would be enhanced in the human glioma edema tissues, and are positively correlated with the degree of the edema, therefore can be used as a related indicator for clinical guidm^e in clinical treatment.
