摘要
对收集到的全国13个省的茶叶籽油样品中的脂肪伴随物成分含量做了测定分析研究,结果表明,茶叶籽油中茶多酚总含量为20～45 mg/kg;总生育酚含量250～450 mg/kg,且以α-生育酚为主;植物甾醇总含量为1 100～1 800 mg/kg;角鲨烯含量500～800 mg/kg。茶叶籽油中的植物甾醇主要为Δ7,22-麦角甾二烯醇和谷甾醇,除此之外还含较多的羊毛甾醇。
Contents of several kinds of lipid accompaniments in tea seed oil samples from thirteen prov- inces were determined and analyzed. The results showed that total tea polyphenols contents in tea seed oils ranged from 20 to 45 mg/kg. Total tocopherol contents ranged from 250 to 450 mg/kg, in which a - tocopherol was the main component. Phytosterol contents ranged from 1 100 to 1 800 mg/kg, mainly in- cluding ergosta -7, 22 -dien -3 -ol and sitosterol. Squalene contents ranged from 500 to 800 mg/kg. Especially, tea seed oils were abundant in lanosterol.
