茶叶籽油与油茶籽油的成分比较研究 被引量:17

摘要 采用气相色谱/质谱联用仪对茶叶籽油和油茶籽油的成分进行检测分析。结果表明:两种油均检测出21种成分,主要成分相同;茶叶籽油中含9-羰基壬酸,油茶籽油含芥酸,可用以鉴别;茶叶籽油和油茶籽油中油酸含量分别为78.377%、73.201%,亚油酸含量分别为3.287%、4.170%。 The components of oil - tea camellia seed oil and tea seed oil were determined by GC/MS. The results showed that 21 components were detected in the two oils and the main ingredients were the same; the tea seed oil contained 9 - carbonyl honanoic acid, and the oil - tea camellia seed oil contained erucic acid,which could be used to identifly the two oils;the oleic acid contents in the tea seed oil and the oil - tea camellia seed oil were 78. 377% and 73. 201%, respectively; the linoleic acid contents in the two oils were 3. 287% and 4. 170% ,respectively.
