摘要
介绍了发电机组用柴油机飞轮设计开发过程。根据OEM要求,将ISZ13升电控柴油机用作发电机组的动力装置,因此,需要对连接柴油机与发电机组的飞轮进行设计开发。详细地描述了设计输入、设计方案、设计计算、理论分析及发动机试验验证等,开发结果表明,新设计飞轮满足OEM接口尺寸要求和可靠性要求。
This paper described the engine flywheel design development for generator sets. According to the requirement from OEM, ISZ13 electronic control engine was used for power of generator, so design development is to be done for flywheel between engine & generator sets. And then design input, design plan, calculation, theory analysis & engine test validation, etc. were introduced in detail. The development result showed new flywheel met the requirement from OEM & reliability.
