摘要 提出了基于Pro/E软件的曲轴系列化的设计理念。通过对曲轴产品结构的特征划分,建立了相应的特征数据库。分析了目前机械产品三维参数化设计的不足,利用VC++6.0作为系统开发工具,借助Pro/E软件自带的高级开发工具包Pro/TOOLKIT,开发了基于Pro/E的汽车发动机曲轴飞轮组的三维参数化设计系统,实现了汽车曲轴飞轮组的参数化设计。通过项目的开发避免了大部分工程图的重复设计工作,提高了设计效率和设计精度。实现了三维设计进程的加速,缩短了产品的设计周期,具有重要的实际应用价值。 The design concept of the crankshaft seriation was put forward based on the Pro/E.Firstly through segmenting the structure feature of crankshaft products the relative feature database was established.Then the shortcomings of current three-dimensional parametric design of mechanical products was analyzed using VC++6.0 as a development tool,With Pro/E software advanced development toolkit that comes with Pro/TOOLKIT three-dimensional parametric design system of automotive engine crankshaft flywheel was developed based on Pro/E to achieve design parameterization of the car crankshaft flywheels.Through project development duplication of most of the design drawings was avoided,which improves the design efficiency and accuracy,speeds up three-dimensional design process,and shortens the design cycle as well with important application value.
