呼气末二氧化碳分压与动脉二氧化碳分压关系的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨呼气末二氧化碳分压(PETCO2)与动脉二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)的相关性及其影响因素。方法采用同步血的血气分析和PETCO2监测仪,对同一患者动脉血中的PETCO2及PaCO2进行测量,并对上述的测量结果进行统计学分析。结果两组同步的动脉血气分析值与呼气末二氧化碳监护仪监测值之差的平均值分别为(5.70±3.94)mmHg和(5.97±2.67)mmHg,相关性分别为0.587和0.735。结论排除影响监测设备的因素,PETCO2监测仪的监测值是反映PaCO2变化的可靠指标。 Objoetive To discuss the correlation between partial pressure of carbon dioxide in end expiration (PETCO2) and in artery (PaCO2), and to analyze the factors which affect them. Methods Using simultaneous blood gas analyzer and PETCO2 monitor, PETCO2 and P,CO2 in the arterial blood of the same patients are measured, and the above results are carded out the statistical analysis. Flosults Average values of difference between analysis value of synchronized arterial blood gas and monitoring value of end-tidal carbon dioxide monitors in the two sets are (5.70 ± 3.94) mmHg and (5.97 ± 2.67) mmHg, respectively, and the relevances are 0.587 and 0.735. Conclusion Atier removing factors affecting the monitoring equipment, the value of PETCO2 monitor is a reliable indicator to reflect PaCO2 changes.
