摘要
2006年,基于学校改进的需要,美国密歇根州提出了系统的学校改进框架,主要包括5个模块、12个标准和26个基准,而且每个基准下设若干针对关键特征的范例问题,以引导和增加各区和学校对学校改进基准的认识。密歇根州学校改进框架强调以学生成就为本,具有系统性,同时,体现了"学校改进的合理路径应从行为改变开始,而非从观念变革开始"的思路。
The state of Michigan in America put forward the School Improvement Framework,including five strands,twelve standards and twenty-six benchmarks. And each benchmark contains helpful key characteristics and sample discussion questions schools can use to guide discussion and increase understanding of the research-based school improvement benchmarks. The framework essentially emphasizes students" achievements and takes the systematical features,and implies that school improvement should begin with actions but not ideas.
