摘要
文中针对大型薄壁碳纤维复合材料板制造过程中出现的毛边、破孔、破边、刀具磨损严重、切削效率低等难题,分析其产生的原因,提出工艺优化的措施。通过对装夹方式、刀具选择、切削参数、铣削方式等方面进行工艺优化设计,最终解决了加工过程中出现的缺陷,制造出了满足设计要求的零件。对解决类似问题提供了有益参考。
Aiming at the problems of burrs,spalling,tool wear,low cutting efficiency in the machining process for large and thin carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP) plate,this article analyzes their reasons and presents the ways of process optimization.Through the process optimization design about clamping way,tool selection,cutting parameters,milling methods and so on,these process defects are eliminated at last.The parts produced meet the design requirements.It provides reference value for similar problems.
