摘要
由于碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)的各向异性,其纤维铺层方向是影响加工性能的重要因素。本文以单向碳纤维复合材料(UD-CFRP)为研究对象,选用4种不同的纤维方向角度铺层的碳纤维复合材料结构进行铣削试验研究。通过从切削力、切口质量和刀具磨损等方面的分析,得出了纤维方向角θ小于90°时,碳纤维复合材料结构铣削力较大,对刀具磨损较严重,已加工表面切口质量较好的结论。
The fiber orientation is a key fac- tor that determines the machining performance of carbon fiber-reinforced plastics (CFRP) because it's anisotropic. Unidirectional carbon fiber-reinforced plastics (UD-CFRP) which have tour different fiber orientation angles are se- lected by milling experiment, and the cutting force, cutting surface quality and the wear of tool are analyzed. The con- clusion is researched that the cutting force will be higher and the wear of tool will be more, but the cutting surface will be good when the fiber orientation angle θ〈90° during the cutting process of UD-CFRE
