摘要
复方木鸡颗粒是满族药,能抑制甲胎蛋白升高,在肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌治疗中被广泛应用。关于复方木鸡颗粒治疗肝病的作用机制,一直是专家学者们热议的焦点。本文综述了复方木鸡颗粒近年来药理研究新成果,揭示了其抗肝病,尤其是抗肿瘤的原理;同时还综述了临床应用中所取得的最新进展,对探索民族医药现代化进程具有重要意义。
Compound Muji Granule is a Manchu Medicine,it can restrain the increase of AFP,and it has been widely used for treating hepatitis,hepatic cirrhosis,as well as liver cancer.It is always a big discussion for experts and researchers in terms of the mechanism of action of Compound Muji Granule.This paper summarizes the new study achievements of pharmacology for Compound Muji Granule in recent years,illustrates its principles for anti-cancer diseases,especially for anti-tumor;meanwhile,it reviewed the new progress in clinical applications.It plays an important role of discovering the modern progress for ethnic medicine.
