摘要
目的：建立复方木鸡颗粒中金丝桃苷含量测定的方法。方法：采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Fortisil-C18柱（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）,以磷酸氢二钾溶液：乙腈（88：12）为流动相,流速为1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长为360 nm,柱温为30℃。结果：金丝桃苷在2.5~50.0μg·m L-1线性关系良好。加样回收率99.5%,RSD%为1.04%。结论：本方法快速,简便,准确,专属性好,可用于复方木鸡颗粒中金丝桃苷的含量测定。
Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Hyperoside in Fufang Muji granules. Method：The HPLC system consisted of the Fortisil-C18（4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm） column, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile（12）-K2HPO4（88）, the flow rate was 1.0 m L·min-1, the column temperature was 30 ℃, and the UV detector was set at 360 nm. Results： The linear response range was 2.5~50.0 μg·m L-1（r=0.9999）. The average recovery of hyperoside was 99.5%, and RSD was1.04%. Conclusions： The method is simple, rapid, accurate and repeatable. It can be applied in determination of Hyperoside in Fufang Muji granules.
