摘要
目的:建立复方木鸡颗粒中金丝桃苷含量测定的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Fortisil-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以磷酸氢二钾溶液:乙腈(88:12)为流动相,流速为1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长为360 nm,柱温为30℃。结果:金丝桃苷在2.5~50.0μg·m L-1线性关系良好。加样回收率99.5%,RSD%为1.04%。结论:本方法快速,简便,准确,专属性好,可用于复方木鸡颗粒中金丝桃苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Hyperoside in Fufang Muji granules. Method:The HPLC system consisted of the Fortisil-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile(12)-K2HPO4(88), the flow rate was 1.0 m L·min-1, the column temperature was 30 ℃, and the UV detector was set at 360 nm. Results: The linear response range was 2.5~50.0 μg·m L-1(r=0.9999). The average recovery of hyperoside was 99.5%, and RSD was1.04%. Conclusions: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and repeatable. It can be applied in determination of Hyperoside in Fufang Muji granules.
