摘要
目的:通过问卷调查儿童重症监护病房(PICU)患儿家属出院指导的相关需求,并探讨如何做好患儿家属的出院指导工作。方法:随机抽取2008年1月～2009年12月患儿家属80名作为对照组,抽取2010年1月～2011年12月患儿家属80名作为研究组,采用自行设计的调查问卷于患儿出院前对两组家属进行分析,比较两组家属护理知识知晓程度和满意情况。结果:研究组护理知识知晓程度和满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:有效的出院指导对提高患儿家属护理意识、扩展医疗知识、稳定心理状态具有良好的作用,可有效保障患儿的家庭康复效果,减少复发和并发症的发生率。
Objective ：To understand the demands of discharge guidance of the families of children patients in pediatric intensive care u- nit （ PICU ） through the questionnaire survey in order to provide the families with necessary discharge guidance. Methods ：80 family mem. bers （ January 2008 to December 2009 ） were taken as the control group and other 80 family members （ January 2010 to December 2011 ） were taken as the study group. The self - designed questionnaire was used to make an analysis of these family members before discharge of the children patients in the two groups, the grasp of nursing knowledge and satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups. Results：The grasp of nursing knowledge and satisfaction of family members were significantly better in the study group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The effective guidance for discharged patients plays an effective role in increasing nursing knowl- edge and medical knowledge of family members and in stabilizing their mental state, which can effectively ensure the rehabilitation effect at home and reduce recurrence and incidence of complications.
