摘要
目的调查分析儿科重症监护病房(PICU)患儿家属心理反应及心理需求,为护理工作的顺利实施提供相关参考。方法采用随机抽样法,参照基本心理需求量表(BPNS)设计调查问卷,选取我院174名PICU患儿家属进行心理反应及需求调查,调查时间分别为入住PICU 12 h、入住后72 h以及转出前12 h。同时采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)评估患儿家属焦虑心理状态。结果共发放调查问卷174份,回收170份(97.70%),有效问卷168份(96.55%)。不同时间段患儿家属心理反应和心理需求不同,入住PICU 12 h、入住后72 h以及转出前12 h时患儿家属SAS评分分别为(47.34±5.22)分、(52.47±3.42)分和(53.26±3.12)分,均高于常模(P<0.05)。结论PICU患儿家属存在不同的心理反应和需求,在对PICU患儿进行积极救治的同时,应加强与患儿家属的沟通交流,及时了解其心理变化及心理需求,提高护理工作效率。
Objective To investigate the psychological responses and requirements for families of pediatric patients in PICU and provide basis for nursing work. Methods 174 cases PICU in our hospital were investigated by random sampling according to the basic psychological requirement scale （ BPNS） at the time of 12h, 72h admitted to the PICU and 12h before transfer. At the same time the self rating anxiety scale （ SAS） was assessed for the psychological state of children′s parents. Results 170 questionnaires （97. 70%） were distributed and recovered completely, and 168 questionnaires （ 96. 55%） were valid. Children′s family had different psychological responses and requirements in different time period. The SAS scores were （47. 34 ± 5. 22）, （52. 47 ± 3. 42） and （53. 26 ± 3. 12） at 12 h, 72 h and 12 h before transfer respectively, all the scores were higher than the norm （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Pediatric children′s family in PICU had different psychological responses and requirements. The medical personnel should strengthen communication at treatment, and grasp their psychological changes and needs in order to improve the efficiency of nursing care.
