摘要
目的分析并探讨支气管哮喘患者不同发病时期的护理方法与效果。方法选择本院2009年1月～2012年3月收治的140例支气管哮喘患者,将其随机均分为观察组与对照组,每组各70例。观察组患者给予不同发病时期针对性护理措施,对照组患者给予常规护理措施。比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果观察组支气管哮喘患者48h内症状缓解率明显高于对照组,而治疗2个月后哮喘再发作率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者并发症发生率为21.43%,观察组患者并发症发生率为7.14%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对支气管哮喘患者给予不同发病时期针对性护理干预措施,能显著缓解患者临床症状,降低哮喘发作率,对改善患者生活质量具有重要作用。
Objective To analyze and explore the nursing methods and effects of bronchial asthma patients in different periods. Methods One hundred and forty patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to March 2012 were chosen. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and with 70 cases in each group. Observation group was given targeted care measures in different onset periods, and control group was given routine care measures. The effects of the cIinical care of patients were compared. Results The symptoms remission rate of patients with bronchial asthma in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group. After the treatment for 2 months, recrudesce rate of asthma was significantly lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The occurrence rate of complication in control group was 21.43%, and the occurrence rate of complication in observation group was 7.14%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The onset period targeted nursing interventions for patients with bronchial asthma can signifi- cantly relieve the patients＂ clinical symptoms, reduce the attack rate of asthma, and has an important role in improving the quality of life of patients.
