摘要
目的观察自拟方咳喘宁治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法选择298例支气管哮喘患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,治疗组152例给予自拟方咳喘宁治疗,对照组146例给予桂龙咳喘宁胶囊治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后的哮喘症状评分,并比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗前两组患者白天及夜间哮喘症状评分间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组白天及夜间哮喘症状评分与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论自拟方咳喘宁可减轻支气管哮喘患者的哮喘症状,其疗效优于桂龙咳喘宁胶囊。
