抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体在类风湿关节炎不同发病时期中的应用

摘要
类风湿关节炎（RA）是一种常见的系统性自身免疫性疾病。由于其早期症状不典型，仅凭患者临床表现进行诊断有较大困难。现行的临床诊断多采用美国风湿病学会（ACR）1987年的诊断（分类）标准，但符合此标准时，患者常已经出现骨关节破坏，且其中唯一的血清学指标类风湿因子（RF）缺乏特异性，不利于临床医师对患者进行早期诊断与早期干预治疗。因此，一个高灵敏、高特异性的RA实验室早期诊断指标，在临床诊断RA及与其他疾病的鉴别诊断中显得尤为重要。
