摘要 介绍了热导法测定扩散氢的原理及特点,并以一台热抽取式的热导测氢仪为例,对其结构进行了介绍,对试验结果进行分析表明,热导法测定扩散氢准确而快速。 The principle and characteristics of thermal conductivity detector method were intro- duced. Thermal conductivity hydrogen detector equipment in carrier gas hot extraction was taken as an example to illustrate the structure, and the test results were analyzed, which showed that the thermal conductivity detector method was more accurate and faster for the determination of diffusible hydrogen in deposited metal.
