摘要
介绍了几种焊接材料扩散氢测试精度及方法的研究进展,色谱法、热提取法和水银法都存在一定的误差。扩散氢含量在5~10 mL/100 g范围时,测量误差可达到±1.5 mL/100 g;扩散氢含量小于5 mL/100 g时,测量误差可达到±1 mL/100 g。电弧电压、焊接电流、送丝速度、测试温度、测试时间、环境湿度和熔敷金属总量对于测试结果影响较大,目前的测试方法难以满足低氢及超低氢焊接材料对测试精度的要求。
Research progress of diffusible hydrogen test methods and accuracy of welding consumable were reviewed. The deviation of test results can be reached ±1.5 ml/100 g when [HD] content is in the range of 5 ml/100 g ~ 10 ml/100 g,and it can be ± 1 ml/100 g when [HD] content is less than 5 ml/100 g. Test results were greatly affected by arc voltage, welding current, feeding rate, test temperature, test time,environmental humidity and total amount of deposited metal. At present,the test method can not meet the requirement of test accuracy for ultra-low hydrogen welding consumable.
