Study on Thermal Properties of PA6T/1010 Copolymer

摘要 以对苯二甲酸、己二胺和癸二酸、癸二胺为原料合成了新型半芳香PA6T/1010共聚物,通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、熔点测定仪和热重分析仪(TG)对不同组成PA6T/1010的熔融行为、结晶行为和热稳定性进行了表征。结果表明:当PA6T含量大于40%时,PA6T/1010共聚物的结晶性能明显下降,熔融峰和结晶峰均消失;当PA6T含量为40%时,共聚物共熔点降至165℃;PA6T/1010共聚物的热降解过程为一步降解,热降解温度超过400℃。 A new type of half aromatic copolymers PA6T/1010 was prepared from terephthalic acid,hexamethylene diamine,sebacic acid and capric diamine.The melting behavior,crystallization behavior and thermal stability of PA6T/1010 were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) instrument,melting point detector and thermogravimetric analyzer(TG).The results show that: when the content of PA6T is more than 40%,the crystallization ability of the PA6T/1010 copolymer decreases obviously,the crystallization and melting peak all disappear;when the content of PA6T is 40%,the the low melting point of PA6T/1010 copolymer decreases to 165℃.The thermal degradation process of the copolymer is one-step decomposition and the degradation temperature is over 400℃.
