不同截面生物基锦纶56纤维吸温放湿性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 对比研究不同截面生物基锦纶56纤维的吸湿、放湿和干燥性能。在标准大气条件下,测定异型截面和圆形截面生物基锦纶56长丝的吸湿、放湿和干燥曲线,推导两种纤维在吸湿、放湿和干燥平衡过程中回潮率或含水率对于时间的回归方程,以及吸湿、放湿和干燥速率方程。结果表明,异型截面生物基锦纶56纤维的吸湿回潮率、放湿回潮率和干燥含水率分别为5.18%、5.45%、5.46%,初始吸湿速率、初始放湿速率和初始干燥速率分别为0.60、0.37、0.24 g/min,均高于圆形截面生物基锦纶56纤维。 The moisture absorption and desorption and drying properties of bio-based polyamide(PA) 56 fiber with different shaped cross sections were studied. Under standard atmospheric, the characteristic curves of moisture adsorption and desorption and drying of bio-based PA 56 with profiled cross section and circular cross section were tested. The regression equation of moisture regain or water content against time and the rate equations of moisture absorption, release and drying of the fibers were derived. The results show that the moisture absorption regain,desorption regain and water content of bio-based PA 56 with profiled cross section are 5.18%, 5.45% and 5.46%,and the initial moisture absorption rate, moisture release rate and drying rate are 0.60, 0.37, 0.24 g/min, which are higher than bio-based PA 56 with circular cross section.
