摘要
以顺丁烯二酸酐和1-萘胺为原料,冰乙酸作溶剂,醋酸酐作脱水剂,无水醋酸钠作催化剂,采用两步法合成了N-(1-萘基)马来酰亚胺。产物及中间产物采用熔点测定仪、傅立叶红外FT-IR、液相色谱仪等仪器进行了表征,结果表明,合成产物为目标产品。研究了原料配比、溶剂用量、脱水剂用量、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等工艺条件对反应收率的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件,使N-(1-萘基)马来酰亚胺的收率达到88%,纯度达到95.94%。
The N-1-Naphthylmaleimide was synthesized with two-step method in which maleic anhydride and 1-naphthylamine were taken as raw materials, glacial acetic acid as solvent, acetic anhydride as dehydrator and anhydrous sodium acetate as catalyst. The product and the intermediary product were characterized by several modern analysis techniques such as melting point determination apparatus, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and liquid phase chromatography, etc. The results of property test showed that the synthetic product was the goal one. The effects of batch proportioning, quantity of solvent, dehydrator and catalyst, and reaction temperature and reaction time on the reac- tion yield were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were thus determined that can make the yield of the product up to 88% and the purity 95.94%.
