摘要
从生产加工实际角度对高铬抗磨铸铁KmTBCr26热处理退火与切削加工进行了研究。通过不同状态、各种加热温度及时间退火后的硬度、组织变化情况,获得了经济可行的预先热处理工艺参数,掌握了退火后的加工性能,确定了实际加工的参数。
The research was carried out on high-chromium cast iron KmTBCr26 annealing and machining from the producing and machining. Through hardness and structure change after annealing under different condition such as heating temperature and time, economical and feasible pre-heat treating process parameters were obtained, machining performance after annealing was mastered, and parameters in the practical machining were defined.
