含钨钒高铬白口铸铁退火工艺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了退火工艺对含钨钒高铬白口铸铁组织和硬度的影响。结果表明,采用1050℃保温4h,随后于720℃保温10h的退火工艺,硬度最低,为36HRC,机加工性能最好。 The effects of annealing treatment processes on the microstructure and hardness of high Cr-W-V white cast iron were investigated.The experiment results show that the mechanical properties of high Cr-W white cast iron are optimum and the hardness is 36 HRC after heating at 1050 ℃ for 4 h and then annealing at 720 ℃ for 10 h.
