摘要
受制于烟区经济发展程度、合作社认知水平和烟区农民素质,许多合作社发展过程中都出现一些共性问题。本文重点分析了合作社目标定位、资源筹集、规模形式、民主管理、盈余分配、资产普惠等6个方面的问题,提出了针对性策略。
Tobacco growers＇ cooperatives face some common problems during their development due to restrains from economic development,cooperative knowledge,and growers＇ education.Issues related to cooperative management such as goal setting,resource mobilization,democratic management,scale and form,surplus distribution,and generalized preferential service were analyzed.Suggestions for solving these problems were proposed.
