摘要
农业龙头企业拥有较强的农业产前、产中、产后服务体系,而科技创新是企业发展的动力。农业龙头企业作为科技成果转化的重要平台,通过产学研、科技特派员等模式,把高等院校和科研单位的研究新成果应用到企业的生产发展中去,依靠科技创新作为企业的技术支撑,实现企业由传统农业生产经营向现代农业高新技术产业的经营,从而发挥科技创新对农业企业的带动作用。
Agriculture leading enterprises have perfect agricultural service system for the pre-production, production process and post-production, while the scientific and technological innovation is the engine of the development of enterprises. By providing an important platform for transformation of scientific and technological achievements, the agricultural leading enterprises applied new research achievements made by scientific research units and institutions of higher enducation into manufacture through the models of production-teaching-research and technical envoy system. Relying on support of scientific and technological innovation, the enterprises realized the transformation from the traditional agricultural production and operation to the modem agricultural high-tech industry management, and achieved the improment driven by the technological innovation.
