摘要
黑龙江省提出了力争用10年左右时间在全国率先实现农业现代化目标。目前,黑龙江省农业现代化进程加速,2011年,粮食产量、商品量和绿色食品产量均居全国第一,科技创新起了巨大作用。黑龙江省农业人才资源丰富,有著名东北农业大学等农业高等院校,是黑龙江省加快农业科技创新的智力源泉。作为中国第一农业大省,加快现代农业建设,必须加快农业科技的自主创新和引进吸收的再创新,必须加快农业科技重点领域的创新,必须加强农业科技教育与人才培养,必须加快基层农业技术推广服务新体系建设,必须加速建立完善农业科技创新管理体制。
Heilongjiang Province strives to use about 10 years＇ time to achieve the goal of agriculture modernization as the leader role in China.At present,Heilongjiang Province accelerates the process of agricultural modernization.In 2011,the grain output,the amount of goods and green food production ranked the first in China.In this process,science and technology innovation played the tremendous role.Heilongjiang Province has rich human resources in agriculture,where has the famous Northeast Agricultural University and other agricultural institutions,which contribute to provide a source of intelligence for Heilongjiang Province to speed up agricultural science and technology innovation.As China＇s major agricultural province,to speed up the construction of modern agriculture,we must accelerate the innovation of agricultural science and technology and to absorb the new information based on what we have introduced and then create a new absorption;accelerate the innovation in the field of agricultural science and technology;strengthen the agricultural science and technology education and personnel training;accelerate the grass-root agricultural technology to promote the construction of a new system;and accelerate the establishment and improvement of agricultural science and technology innovation management system.
