毕赤酵母工程菌高密度发酵的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 近年来毕赤酵母已成为一种优越的异源蛋白表达系统。而提高目的蛋白的表达水平,高密度发酵已成为关键技术环节之一。我们从毕赤酵母工程菌的选择、培养基的优化设计,以及发酵工程过程控制等方面简要阐述毕赤酵母的高密度发酵,并提出了工程菌在高密度发酵过程中存在的问题。 Pichia pastoris has been utilized widely as an excellent heterologous gene expression system recently. High-density fermentation has been a key technique tache to improve the expression level of the protein of inter- est. In this paper, we expounded the choose of engineering bacteria, designation and optimization of culture medi- um, and control of fermentation course to increase P.pastoris on high-density fermentation. Moreover, the questions existing in industry high-density fermentation were put forward.
