摘要
在高等教育改革与发展中教师发展已成为核心要素,教师发展中心的建立为教师发展提供了组织化的制度保障,也为教师尤其是青年教师提供了职业发展的平台。教师发展中心对青年教师的人才培养、提高教学学术水平和提升教育质量发挥着重要作用,因此高校教师发展中心的建立势在必行。
Faculty development has become a core element in the reform and development of higher education. The establishment of Center of Faculty Development provides an organization system for faculty development and a platform of professional development for teachers, especially young teachers. Center of Faculty Development in higher education plays an important role to train young teachers, to improve teaching academic standard and to enhance the quality of education. So it is imperative to establish Center of Faculty Development in universities and colleges.
