摘要
教学以教师为主,教师是提高教学质量的主导者和引领人。发达国家高校教师发展中心的成功为中国高校成立类似中心提供了很好的经验。文章从目标与定位、组织机构与成员、主要任务等方面调研了国外高校教师发展中心的情况,分析了国内高校成立教师发展中心的必要性和可行性,提出了成立教师发展中心的若干建议。
The teacher is the core during the teaching process. The teacher is also the guide to improve the teaching quality. The success of teacher development center (TDC) in the developed countries provides us a good reference to establish similar centers in Chinese colleges and universities. We investigated goals and positioning, organizations and members, and the main tasks of TDC in the foreign universities, analyzed the necessity and feasibility of TDC establishment in our country, and proposed recommendations for TDC establishment.
