摘要
目的综述国内外康复医学专业的最新进展及发展趋势,为我军康复医学发展寻求理论依据和突破方向。方法通过Pubmed及CHKD检索近5年来康复医学的相关专业英文及中文文献,结合文献对国内外康复医学的现状和发展趋势进行分析、归纳及总结。结果康复医学涉及领域已从最初的神经疾病康复和骨关节病康复,逐步延伸到心血管病康复、肺功能康复、烧伤后康复等众多领域。康复医学研究重点正在从肢体残疾康复向失语、失认、失用及认知康复方面发展。我军康复医学专业,尤其是疗养康复医学,基本建立起了适应我军现代化特点、符合中国军队特色的模式,并取得了长足进步。结论我军康复医学专业发展应结合现有优势,强调军事特色,紧跟最新前沿动态,尽快在国内建立起一批优势学科,尽快建立我国的军事康复医学体系。
Objective To summarize domestic and foreign rehabilitation medicine professional latest progress and development trend and seek breakthrough in the development direction and theoretical basis of rehabilitation medi- cine. Methods English and Chinese related professional literature of rehabilitation medicine, in the past five years were searched through Pubmed and CHKD respectively, status quo and development trend of domestic and foreign rehabilita- tion medicine combined with the related literature were analyzed, summarized and concluded. Results Rehabilitation medicine range has already developed from the rehabilitation of nerve diseases and osteoarthrosis gradually extended to other rehabilitation fields such as cardiovascular disease, pulmonary function and burn rehabilitation. Researchful key of rehabilitation medicine is developing from the physical disability rehabilitation to aphasia, loss of recognition, loss of use and cognitive rehabilitation. Rehabilitation medicine of PLA, especially sanatorium rehabilitation medicine has set up to adapt our military modern characteristics, and accord with the Chinese army characteristic model. It has made great pro- gresses. Conclusion Professional development of our rehabilitation medicine of PLA should combine existing advanta- ges, emphasize military features and follow the latest frontier dynamic state. A number of advantage sciences and military rehabilitation medicine system should be set up as soon as possible in our country.
