摘要
目的着眼践行强军目标要求,研究思考加强疗养院人才队伍建设。方法深刻把握新军事变革卫勤保障背景下,人才队伍建设面临的机遇挑战和存在的现实问题,以创建研究型疗养院的视角,研究思考加强人才队伍建设的方法路径。结果以转型转变促发展为牵引,树立科学育才理念为前提,着力解决人才需求、岗位及发展的差距,不断夯实学科技术群体为核心,推进保研良性互动为抓手,健全激励竞争机制为保证,形成人才培育的闭环衔接,不断提高疗养与康复人才队伍整体建设水平。结论聚焦强军目标,军队疗养院必须着眼职能使命拓展的新要求,着眼满足官兵对"全维健康"的新期待,转变观念、立足本职、主动作为,坚持不懈加强专业人才队伍建设,为有效履行康复疗养职能使命提供强有力的保障。
Objective Focusing on the target of making army forces powerful, to study and reflect on how to strengthen sanatorium talent team construction. Methods Under the profound medical support background of new revolution in military affairs, talent team construction is faced with opportunity challenges.The study reflects on the new approaches to strengthening sanatorium talent team construction from the perspective of establishing research-based sanatorium. Results Directed by the idea of transformation and transition for development, and the concept of scientific nurturing talent, efforts were put into solving the gap between talent demand and job development, constantly reinforcing the technology community, promoting positive interaction between security and research, improving the incentive mechanism of competition, and forming a closed loop convergence of personnel training, then to ensure to constantly improve the overall building level of the recuperation and rehabilitation personnel.Conclusion For the purpose of powerful army forces, military sanatorium must focus on new requirements to expand the functions of army mission, meet with the new expectations of the ＂full-dimensional health＂ by the soldiers, change concepts to be initiative, persistently strengthen professional qualified personnel construction, so as to provide strong protection for the effective performance of recuperation and rehabilitation functional mission.
