摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定罗布麻叶中槲皮素和山柰素含量。方法采用SUPELCO色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(50∶50),检测波长360 nm,柱温30℃。结果槲皮素、山柰素的进样量分别在0.101 4~0.709 8μg(r=0.999 6)、0.021 6~0.216 08μg(r=0.999 9)线性关系良好。平均回收率分别为98.40%、98.34%,RSD分别为0.98%、0.97%(n=5)。结论本方法操作简便,结果可靠、准确,能有效地评价罗布麻叶的质量。
Objective To determine quercetin quercetin and kaempferol in Apocynum venetum L.by HPLC.Methods HPLC method was used.The separation was performed on a SUPELCO C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was methanol-0.4%phosphoric acid(50∶50).The detection wavelength was set at 360 nm.The column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The linear range of quencetin and kaempferol was 0.101 4-0.709 8 μg(r =0.999 6) and 0.021 6-0.216 08 μg(r =0.999 9) respectively.The average recovery was 98.40%(RSD=0.98%,n =5) and 98.34%(RSD=0.97%,n =5) respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable,accurate,and can be applied to the quality control of Apocynum venetum L.
