摘要
以洪水灾害频繁且严重的河南省为研究区,根据洪灾风险分析和区划的理论与方法,利用GIS技术,针对引起洪水灾害的致灾因子和孕灾环境,通过分析评价历史洪灾、综合降水、综合地形、土壤、河流水系对洪水灾害危险性的影响,从行政区划范围获得了由高到低5个级别的河南省洪灾风险危险性区划图。结果显示:高风险区主要位于信阳、驻马店、漯河南部、平顶山、商丘东南部以及开封、商丘、周口三市的交界处;低风险区主要位于三门峡的大部分地区、洛阳的西南部和南阳的西部地区。
Taking Henan Province as study area for frequent and serious flood disaster,according to the theory and method of flood disaster risk analysis and regionalization,applying to GIS technique,in view of disaster-causing factors and disaster-developing environment,after analyzing and assessing flood disaster risk influences of some factors including historical flood disaster,total precipitation,integrated terrain,soil and river system,risk zoning map of five grades in flood disaster hazard from high to low was acquired on the basis of administrative division in Henan Province.The results show that the high risk regions mainly lie in Xinyang,Zhumadian,the south of Luohe,Pingdingshan,the southeast of Shangqiu,and the common boundaries among Kaifeng,Shangqiu and Zhoukou.The low risk regions mainly locate in the majority of Sanmenxia,the southwest of Luoyang and the west of Nanyang.
