基于GIS的气象灾害风险区划分析——以河南省为例 被引量:2

摘要 河南省位于季风气候区,由于季风气候相对复杂,且易随着环境差异发生改变,因此气象灾害发生频次极高。为了对河南省各地市进行灾害风险区划分,结合河南省18个地市近50年来的历史气象灾害数据,对相关数据进行统计分析;同时对致灾因子、孕灾环境、承灾体以及防减灾能力等影响因素进行分析,基于GIS构建河南省风险区划模型。研究表明:三门峡市等3个地级市位于高风险区,平顶山市等5个地级市位于较高风险区,鹤壁市等4个地级市位于中风险区,安阳市等4个地级市位于较低风险区,郑州市和漯河市位于低风险区。 Henan Province is located in the monsoon climate zone.Because the monsoon climate is relatively complex and changes easily with environmental differences,the frequency of meteorological disasters is extremely high.In order to divide the disaster risk areas of various cities in Henan Province,we integrated historical meteorological disasters data,carried out statistical analysis on relevant data,analyzed influencing factors such as disaster-causing factors,disaster development environment,disaster-bearing bodies and disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities,and then the meteorological disasters risk zoning model of Henan Province based on GIS was established.The result indicates that Sanmenxia and other three cities are located in high-risk areas.Pingdingshan and other five cities are in higher-risk areas.Four cities including Hebi are in medium-risk areas.Four cities such as Anyang are in lower-risk areas.Zhengzhou and Luohe are in a low level of meteorological disasters risk.
