摘要
客流疏散的基本原则是合理的流线组织和安全地引导客流,使车站的设施设备得到最大均衡利用。F1参观客流具有客流量大、到达集中、疏散要求高等特点。通过对上海轨道交通11号线上海赛车场站的设施设备能力分析,提出了F1正赛日离场时间车站客流能力的增加措施,站外、出入口和站内的限流条件和限流方法,站外、楼梯通道、站台的分流方法。最后对方案的执行过程和效果进行了总结分析。方案的实施经验可为今后类似的大客流组织提供参考。
The visiting passengers of Shanghai F1 Circuit fea- ture high volume, concentrated arrival and high requirements for evacuation. In this paper, the facilities and equipment ca- pacity of Shanghai Circuit Station on rail transit Line 11 are analyzed, the measures for passenger organization on F1 racing day are studied, including the increase of facility＇s capacity during the leaving time, the methods to restrict passengers out- side and inside the station, to separate passengers on station stairs and platforms. Finally, the implementation process and the effect of the program are studied. The experiences gained from this program will provide a reference for similar large passenger flow organizations.
