摘要
城市轨道交通列车的日常运营会因为设备故障与客流变化等原因产生运行延误,延误会对线路的服务质量、能力利用、运营成本以及综合经济效益等产生影响。在分析城市轨道交通系统初始延误与连带延误产生原因的基础上,提出了列车运行延误传播具有直接性、快速性、双向性以及向前传递性的特点,最后从优化列车运行图、设置备车、提高运营调度水平、加强客运组织以及优化应急预案等方面研究了减缓列车运行延误的措施。
The equipment faults and passenger flow changes can cause the delay for the normal operation of trains in urban rail transit.The delay can affect the service quality, capacity usage, operation cost as well as comprehensive economic benefit of lines.Based on the analysis of reasons for initial delay and related delay of urban rail transit system, the characteristics of delay spread of train operation with directness, rapidity, bidirection and forward transitivity are presented.Finally, the measures for mitigating the train operation delay are studied from the aspects of optimizing train diagram, setting the spare train, improving operation dispatching level, enhancing passenger transport organization, as well as optimizing emergency plan.
