摘要
故障树分析方法是一种实用的故障分析方法。根据输入的故障征兆自动寻找匹配的底事件,然后生成顶事件故障树并求出最小割集,按照最小割集重要度大的部件优先检测的顺序生成测试流程,提示操作人员按照测试流程进行测试并找出故障源。通过对某发射机分系统建立故障树模型,进行定性、定量分析计算。利用构建故障树来进行电子设备故障诊断分析,不仅可以方便推理机构寻找潜在故障或进行故障诊断,而且可以进一步预测未来系统故障发生的概率,便于电子装备故障的检测与定位。
Fault tree analysis is a practical failure analysis method. It is the conception of the diagnostic reasoning that suited top event is searched by input fault phenomenon, through top event fault tree is generated, then minimal cut set s are computed, test flow is created according to the order of importance of minimal cut set s in which the users can be guided to find fault part. Used to construct the fault tree analysis fault diagnosis of electronic equipment not only can facilitate the reasoning in their search for potential failure or fault diagnosis, but also can further predict the probability of system failure occurred, furthermore facilitate electronic equipment fault detection and location.
