摘要 火控系统是高科技的复杂系统,故障诊断的难度较大。通过对火控系统的功能结构与故障特性进行层次分析,在较小的功能结构范围内建立故障树层次诊断模型,然后以故障树表述专家知识,并通过故障树选取推理规则,以Windows为平台,以C++Builder为编程语言,开发出具有友好的人机界面和解释功能并可进行二次开发的故障诊断专家系统。该专家系统的设计为火控系统的故障诊断带来便利。 The fault diagnosis for fire control system is difficult since the system is very complicated. Based on the hierarchy analysis to structure/function and fault characteristics of the fire control system, we established a fault tree hierarchy diagnosis model within a relative small function range. Expert knowledge was expressed in fault tree table, and reasoning rule was selected through the fault tree. Then we developed a fault diagnosis expert system with friendly manmachine interface and explanation function by using program language C + + Builder with Windows as platform. This expert system can be redeveloped. This device facilitates the fault diagnosis of fire control system.
