摘要
随着我国经济的蓬勃发展,我国正日益成为吸引海外人才创新创业的沃土。分析了江苏省常州市海归人才创新创业的现状,剖析了海归人才创新创业中存在的主要问题,并以此为样本探讨了促进海归人才创新创业的对策建议,以期为其它地区的海归人才创新创业提供可资借鉴的经验。
With the rapid development of Chinese economy,China is increasingly attracting overseas talents innovation poineering fertile soil.This article has analyzed the Jiangsu province Changzhou City returnees talent innovation present situation,analyzes the returnees talent innovation problems,and as a sample to discuss promoting returnees talent innovation countermeasure proposal,with period for other areas of returnees talent innovation provides valuable experience.
