摘要
结合莱钢生产装备研究了大型LNG储罐用9%Ni钢生产技术,对影响产品力学性能与-196℃低温冲击性能的工艺参数进行了详细分析,制定了冶炼、轧制、轧后冷却、热处理工艺技术,结果表明,生产的9%Ni钢实现了五大有害元素P、S、N、0、H含量之和控制在小于85×10-6,板形控制、表面质量、性能指标取得了良好的控制。
Combined with the production equipments of Laigang, the production technology of 9% Ni steel for large-scale LNG storage tanks is studied, the process parameters influencing the mechanical properties and low-temperature impact toughness are analyzed in detail, and the process technologies in smelting, roiling, cooling after rolling and heat treatment processes are formulated. The production results show that, the total content of five harmful elements in the 9% Ni steel produced, such as P, S, N, O and H, is controlled below 85 × 10-6 ,the shape control, the surface quality, and the performance indexes can be controlled well.
