摘要
通过扫描电镜定性地观察了不同调质热处理工艺下9Ni钢中逆转奥氏体的分布情况。采用热膨胀的方法,测定不同工艺下的膨胀曲线来分析工艺参数对逆转奥氏体生成规律的影响。结果表明:不仅回火过程对9Ni钢逆转奥氏体的生成具有直接影响,在回火前的淬火过程也对其有显著的作用。细化淬火组织,可以使有利于奥氏体形核的位置增多,减少马氏体条块内部的"空白"区域,促进逆转奥氏体的形成和长大,有利于9Ni钢低温韧性的改善。
The distribution of reversed austenite in 9Ni steel under different heat treatments was observed by SEM.The influences of process parameters on the forming rules of reversed austenite were analyzed through measuring the expansion curves by thermal expansion method.The results indicate that the processes of both tempering and the quenching have a marked influence.Thinning quenched structure can increase the place which is propitious to the nucleation of austenite,reduce "the blank" area inside the martensite,promote the formation and the growth and finally improve the low temperature toughness of 9Ni steel.
