摘要
利用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜研究了不同热处理后9Ni钢中回转奥氏体的含量及其分布,并测定了两相区热处理(QLT)各阶段钢中的回转奥氏体含量,讨论了此过程中9Ni钢组织的演变,进而分析了该工艺对9Ni钢力学性能的影响规律及其机理。结果表明:经两相区热处理后,回转奥氏体的分布状态及稳定性对9Ni钢力学性能的影响更加显著。
The quantity and distribution of reversed austenite in 9Ni steel after quenching, lamellarizing and temperiug(QLT)was studied by XRD and SEM. Moreover, quantity of reversed austenite in each stage of the heat treatment was measured. Based on the experimental results, the evolution of microstructure of 9Ni steel in QLT heat treatment process was discussed, and the effect and mechanism of QLT heat treatment on mechanical properties of 9Ni steel were analyzed. The results indicate that effect of stability and distribution of the reversed austenite on mechanical properties of 9Ni steel is more significant after QLT heat treatment.
