摘要
以小麦叶片为研究对象,比较了直接研磨法和95%乙醇浸提法提取叶绿素的效果,研究光照条件下添加抗坏血酸(Vc)、山梨酸钾对叶绿素稳定性的影响。结果表明:95%乙醇浸提法比直接研磨法得到的叶绿素量多;小麦叶绿素的光稳定性较差;不同浓度的Vc、山梨酸钾对叶绿素的稳定性的影响效果不同,加入0.02%和0.08%Vc可以维持较高浓度的小麦叶绿素含量。
The wheat leaf was used as the material to compare the extracting effect of chlorophyll between directing grinding method and 95% ethanol soaking method, and the influences of adding ascorbic acid and potassium sorbate under lighting conditions on stability of chlorophyll were explored. The results showed that the quantity of chlorophyll with 95% ethanol soaking method was more than that of direct grinding method; the chlorophyll is unstable under the light condition; the effects of different concentrations of ascorbic acid and potassium sorbate on stability of chlorophyll were different, in which adding 0.02% or 0.08% ascorbic acid could maintain high content of chlorophyll under light condition.
